Ben has designed, developed and supported high volume dynamic community sites since 1998. His academic computer science foundation and years of industry experience cover designing multi-tiered, scalable architectures (proven to ~60million views/day), content and community management systems, database and web server performance optimizations, and leading the conception, development and integration of dynamic features while minimizing resource impact.
Damien has been involved in the Web industry since the mid nineties. With a focus in Java enterprise development he has worked on CarPoint, developed a machine part optimization infrastructure at Vykor, and worked on enterprise class administrative software for the state of Washington. His commitment to quality control and exploiting technology to advance communication and process is second to none.
With a graduate background in combinatorics and graph theory, Joe is our resident Google expert. More recent to the industry, Joe brings a refreshing problem solving methodology to the team, along with an artistic eye, having worked in a design shop in his earlier years. He has been instrumental in bringing sites online such as Tableau Software. Joe has a proven record to provide continuing maintenance to our customers, demonstrating an ability to quickly learn the nuances of a new problem, and efficiently moving towards solutions.
